Wordfence always reports issues after updating Contact Form DB

Hi,
Every time after I have updated Contact Form DB, Wordfence reports issues saying that the plugin files on my system are different from those in the WordPress repository. That can’t really be the case because it happens right after I update from the repository.
I reported it to Wordfence here

1) You add a new version in the repository and then after that you make another change? Or you forget to update version numbers.
2) Wordfence has a lag updating their repository information (ie I do an update before their info is up to date).I their reason 1 something that has happened? Because I have never seen this happen with any other plugin.
