I’m using it with Cloudflare. If you use Cloudflare, but sure to install the Cloudflare plugin so WF sees the viewer’s IP and not the IP of the Cloudflare endpoint.

    I use KeyCDN

I installed WP Super Cache plugin and enabled only the CDN option, hoping that it will work.

    I don’t use Super Cache’s caching options.

    My idea didn’t work ??

Maybe Wordfence is compatible with CDN Linker (https://github.com/wmark/CDN-Linker) ?

Well, yesterday, I ran into problems with caching and Cloudflare. Users (and me) were getting served blank pages. I disabled Wordfence’s caching and the pages returned (after purging Cloudflare’s cache). I re-activated WP Super Cache and everything seems OK.

So, I’m provisionally withdrawing my comment that it works with Cloudflare.
