Wordfence Backupbuddy

  • I love backupbuddy to get the possibility to reinstall the hole WP inio another Domain without changing anything. After installing Wordfence my Backups are worthless otherwise I act as follow:
    First Step : Wordfence Options > scoll down to “Delete Wordfence tables and data on deactivation?” to check this Box > save
    Second Step : Deactivate Wordfence and ignore the Error Message

    After then you can start the Backup with Backupbuddy and everything will work.

    All automatic Backups are worthless if Wordfence ist activated!!!!

    Is there any workaround avaiable?

    Are you receiving any error messages when Wordfence is active?

    You can try turning on the option “Disable config caching” near the bottom of the Wordfence options page, if it’s a problem with the cache file being removed or re-created while a backup is in progress, that may help.

    I am also experiencing severe difficulties with Wordfence and trying to back up a site. I keep getting Fatal Errors and 200 Server Errors. I have had to delete my entire site, delete my MySQL database, and then restore from a backup.
