Wordfence became invisible in my dashboard

I found today that the Wordfence entry disappeared from my dashboard. The wordfence folder is still present in the plugins arborescence.
But the wordfence plugin is not anymore present in the list of my plugins (neither activated, neither unactivated).
So I’ve no way to decide if the plugin is, or is not, running.

Any clue?

Edit: I had no solution but reinstall the plugin. Happily my personal settings were still here (and especially the security login with the cell-phone).
