Wordfence blocked all users from loging in

Hello, i have several site of wp with the wp free license.

In all of them i don’t have issues, but i installed it oo another site recently.

I got complaints from user that was locked out, so i tried to login to help him
(i am admin) and i see i am blocked too. Even when i am entering my admin email – it won’t send me a link to remove my block.

I had to rename the plugin so it will not work and will not block me.

I want to use it, but it’s immediately locks me out of the site – even if i reinstall it, can i get help please?.
