Wordfence blocking adm acess

    After the last update of the plugin my administrator access was blocked … I put my email to receive instructions for unlocking but I do not get … FTP access and delete the plugin folder and nothing … please help

    Hi queirozx,
    What was the reason for getting locked out by Wordfence? this should be mentioned in the message you got while trying to access to your website.

    If renaming/deleting the plugin folder name via FTP didn’t work for you and you are still seeing a message that you’re locked out, then it could be a caching issue, I mean you may need to rename the caching plugin folder as well via FTP. Please check this article as a reference.

    I also need to ask if you have an advanced configuration like a “front-end caching proxy” or something similar?
