    Hi,

We have wordfence plugin installed in the site. But we cannot login to wp admin with the roles other than administrator. When we are trying to login to admin with other roles, this error occurs: “You don’t have permission to access this page.”

Please help us with a solution.

    Hi @symapptest,

Do you have 2FA active, or are you seeing this problem with no additional security added to the wp-login page? Are you also running any kind of user role management plugin on top of the default WordPress > Users functionality?

Are you seeing Wordfence scan results around unsafe passwords for users, or any other indicators when managing users that they might be disabled or invalid?

It could be worth disabling all plugins except for Wordfence and trying to log in again as a user to see if it works under those conditions. If it does, reenable your plugins one-by-one until the behavior returns, to find the source of the issues.

Let me know what you find out!

    Peter.
