I have a Point of sale (POS) plugin on my site.
When I try to log in I cant.
IF I disable Wordfence I can login to it easily.
When I activate WF again I cant.

How do I allow wordfence to let me use this plugin.

So when I run the plugin it opens in a separate url
    /wp-content/plugins/pos/dashboard
and then login with user / password

I can not find anywhere to allow this plugin.

And I will use this with multiple IP addresses.

As I have said above it is NOT the POS plugin I have an issue with now.
    But another one.
But I will check the Rate limiting and let you know

Sorry for the misunderstanding! What plugin isn’t working properly now?

    Thanks!

Ok it is Export Pro by Atum.
it produces a report from Woocommerce about products etc.

All the details were posted above that I got from the Author of the plugin.

I reduced the Rate-Limiting and nothing changed.

I even turned rate limiting OFF and still I was blocked from getting my pop up dialog box to get my report

So seems Rate limiting is not the cause

If Learning Mode isn’t resolving the issue, you should be able to see the block come up in your Tools > Live Traffic, when you try to use the plugin for its purpose. We should be able to add the request to the allowlist from the Live Traffic. If you could post the details of the block here, I can review it.

    Thanks!

NO this was NEVER resolved. But I gave up because I wrote posts and you ignored them.

I explained the issues and actions then you kept asking me to do things I had tried…
