Hi @sindhusr, thanks for your message.
When looking at your Live Traffic feed to determine the occasions when your own server IP address was blocked, were you able to find the cause of the block, usually given in red text when expanding the table row? If the cause seems to be different every time, it is likely that your IP detection could be wrong. This means a legitimately triggered block for another user/bot may erroneously be affecting all visitors including legitimate ones as the block took place on your server’s IP rather than the visitor’s IP.
Take note of your own IP on your main device: https://www.whatsmyip.org. Then head over to Wordfence > All Options > General Wordfence Options > How does Wordfence get IPs and reference the area under that section that says Detected IPs and Your IP with this setting. See if any of the options there when picked accurately reflect your IP. If one does, don’t forget to hit the SAVE CHANGES button in the top-right after you’re done.
If you’re seeing a different reason for your server’s IP being blocked but the solution isn’t clear, feel free to paste what you’re being told in Live Traffic here.
Let us know how you get on!
Peter.
