    Hi there.
I use an ERP to connect my products to my e-commerce.
Wordfence is blocking its communication, so it′s not able to import products or update stock automatically. I already tried learning mode and put the URL in the allowed URL list, but nothing works.
Can you help me please? Thanks

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi @thais02, thanks for reaching out to us.

When you say, “put the URL in the allowed URL list”, if this was manually done in Wordfence > All Options but some of the parameters or param type itself doesn’t match, then Wordfence may still continue blocking it as a false-positive.

I would try observing recent blocks immediately after a legitimate request to/from your ERP is blocked on the Tools > Live Traffic page. You can often allowlist the precise request type with correct parameters using an “ADD PARAM TO FIREWALL ALLOWLIST” button after expanding the entry by clicking it (or clicking the “eye” icon).

I appreciate you’ve already tried learning mode, but the following help page discusses the method I mentioned above too: https://www.wordfence.com/help/firewall/learning-mode/

    Thanks,
    Peter.
