WordFence blocks Divi export function on certain pages

    Tested by disabling plugins. WordFence blocks the Divi theme’s “Import & Export Page Content” function on more complicated pages, like the Home page.

    Hi @mtchong, thanks for reaching out!

    Have you already tried enabling Learning Mode to ensure we’re not hitting a false-positive with the import/export action in Divi? You can read more about this (and also a method of allowlisting from the Live Traffic page) here: https://www.wordfence.com/help/firewall/learning-mode/

    It’s possible that the failure you’re seeing is down to an incorrectly blocked plugin action that should be solved by trying the above methods. Live Traffic should present you with an “ADD PARAM TO FIREWALL ALLOWLIST” button if you trigger a block then check the feed for it afterwards.

    I just enabled learning mode. By the way, the same issue is happening on another one of my sites, so I know it’s not an isolated issue. It did not happen as recently as July, so something has changed.

    I added the param to the firewall allow list and now it works. Thanks for the tip!
