Wordfence can't find IP in whois

  • I like and use the wordfence for sometime.. Before 3 updates ago it find a IP where it came from. Now by the lastes 2 updates it can’t find any IP NOT the IPv4 and neither the IPv6.
    This one ( 195.211.155.228 ) comes from the Ukraine and is a spammer. I had to look him/her up by a site. Cheking by wordfence I get the answer: Sorry, but no data for that IP or domain was found.
    Even my one one gives me the same result.
    How to get it to normal ??? and can find all the IP’s ????
