I tried to log into my account and got banned. I was able to remove my IP from my web site, but wordfence.com wasn’t so fogiving. I have created an account under a different IP, but when I tried to log in using my WAN, wordfence.com has that IP still banned. How do I get them to remove that IP from their own firewall?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @amancalledhawk,

Can you clarify if you were banned from your website or from https://www.wordfence.com/sign-in/?

If you were banned from your website, you can rename the /wf-content/plugins/wordfence/ folder and you should be allowed to access your site now.

If you mean you were banned from logging into https://www.wordfence.com/sign-in/, I’ll take a look into your account and let you know if there’s been any blocks for this account.

    Dave
