Wordfence Email Scans

  • Hi,

    Does wordfence send an email report of the scan when you run a manual scan, or only when it is automatically started? We are having trouble getting emails from the scan. All other wordfence alerts come through just fine, so it appears just to be scan results. We are set to 0 (for unlimited emails) and alert on anything over low.

    I checked my spam folder, and there isn’t anything trapped there for wordfence scan results.

    Are you seeing any Wordfence emails come over?

    Can you try the two tests at the bottom of the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics > Other Tests area please, using your email address, and let me know if they come over?

    Also, while on the diagnostics page, please send the Diagnostics report by clicking the Send Report by Email button at the top. Send that to the wftest email and please put in your forum username into the second field.

    Please respond here when that is sent.

    I did the two tests at the diagnostics page, they returned true and got the emails. I can work on the diagnostics report.

    Were you able to send diagnostics over to [email protected]? I did not see them come over. Please let me know when those are sent and put your username here in the 2nd field there while sending them, please.
