Wordfence Firewall Optimization Not Working

    Hi,
    I installed Wordfence on my website and all functionalities working as expected except Wordfence Firewall Optimization. I enabled OPTIMIZE THE WORDFENCE FIREWALL option and do the rest of the things as per the procedure. But even after configured correctly, the changes won’t happen at all. But I can see user.ini and wordfence-waf.php file which is exisiting in the root path. I’m using LiteSpeed Web Server/Lsapi.

    Please help me to fix the issue.

    Let me know if you have tried the optimization troubleshooting steps around Litespeed and OpenLitespeed in the following documentation: https://www.wordfence.com/help/firewall/optimizing-the-firewall/troubleshooting/

    Also, not necessarily affecting optimization specifically (but involving scans), have you also added the following items in our Litespeed requirements?: https://www.wordfence.com/help/advanced/system-requirements/litespeed/

    Failing these as solutions, could you please send me diagnostic report to wftest @ wordfence . com? You can find the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.
