    Hi,

    I am using the plugin across several sites and it is flagging the following modified files below. Not sure what the cause is. If I delete the plugin and re-install will the settings be preserved?

    * Modified plugin file: wp-content/plugins/wp-asset-clean-up/templates/meta-box-loaded-assets/_assets-hardcoded-list.php

    @irishetcher this was because there were a few files that have been updated for the same tag. This rarely happens, and it’s usually done where there’s a bug that would prevent the plugin from working smoothly, and as an exception (instead of releasing a new tag so quickly, as some people complained about it), the change is applied to the same tag. If you re-install the plugin, this should not be reported by Wordfence anymore.

    PS: Don’t worry about uninstalling the plugin! No current changes will be lost. They will be preserved ??

    Hi Gabe,

    Got it. So I can leave the plugin as is and it really doesn’t matter. Or if I am a neat freak I can reinstall the plugin. I presume that whenever the next update for the plugin is released there is a chance this will clear up the warnings anyway.

    Cheers
