    Same here!

Got the message from one of my sites that

    Wordfence,
    Yoast SEO, and
    UpDraft Plus
have all been removed from www.ads-software.com.

At first I thought it was a spam email but the address is actually identical to the one Wordfence sends from.

The emails must be generated via the site – I’ve received notifications on two different sites and the plug-ins listed in the email are definitely on the sites in questions (and are different for each of them). I don’t know if Wordfence monitor these forums but I would hope there will be a comment from them soon! If anyone here has a premium account with Wordfence they may find that they get a prompt response.

I submitted a ticket to Wordfence on this issue.

Great ds211 – would appreciate it if you can update this thread as and when you get a response ??

I received such an email as well. I feel it must have been sent in error. The 3 plugins mentioned in my email (Add Categories to Pages, Akismet Anti-Spam and Official Statcounter Plugin) have all been deemed compatible with version 4.9.6 of WordPress and that’s the latest version. ANd it’s obvious they’ve not been removed by www.ads-software.com either.

Sit tight, it should get resolved soon.

Just got this back from Wordfence…

Thanks for reaching out. For that information we rely on data from www.ads-software.com. We only have a couple of reports like this so our assumption at this time is that www.ads-software.com for some reason sent us incorrect information for a short period of time. This appears to have been at the exact time when your scan ran. If you try a new scan now, you should not get the errors. Can you let me know if the warnings are gone when you run a new scan?

    ?sa, Customer Service Engineer

Thanks – seems to have clarified things. I ran a scan on one site it’s now fine, so I’m assuming that any others will also be fine ??

@ds211 @kezzakkc Thank you for the updates ??
