Wordfence give 403 Forbidden to Moodle SCORM upload

Hello
I have a moodle installation and was able to upload SCORM files to the courses. After install off wordfence i can′t upload, it say,
“
403 Forbidden
A potentially unsafe operation has been detected in your request to this site.
“
When i deactivate the wordfence plugin i can upload the SCORM again.

How can i add somewhere in the .user.ini , .htaccess or firewall for wordfence to allow that file extension to be allowed?
