    Use FTP (or web based file manager in your hosting provider control panel) and delete the “wp-content/plugins/wordfence” directory.

    @johnsunier: Ash is correct — if you can’t get back in, you can remove or rename the Wordfence directory to disable the plugin. There are more details here if you need them:

    Usually, you can also use the form on the lockout page to unlock your login without disabling Wordfence, unless your site is also having trouble sending emails. Let us know if you need any additional help.
