Wordfence issues with Widget for Eventbrite API

    Hi,

    We have Display Eventbrite Events V5.2.1 and Wordfence is giving errors that the files have been changed from those in the WordPress directory.

    Files that have been changed include:
    freemius-es_ES.mo
    freemius-fr_FR.mo
    freemius-he_IL.mo

    There have been about 33 files that have been changed.

    Is this something that you have done and automatically updated OR is this something we should be concerned about?

    This is really a question you should ask WordFence support https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/wordfence/

    However, to me, if there are differences on your system than WordPress, then it is likely that for some reason your systems failed to update fully, this can happen for instance if you run out of disc space mid update and not specific to any plugin.

    The ‘safest’ thing to do is simply re-download the zip file of the plugin and manually ‘add plugin’ and overwrite .

    If you continue to get difference reports then raise those with WordFence.
