Hi I have just had to create a temporary custom login page using the wp form hook.
Almost every time I try t login as a non admin it locks me out for 10 minutes.
I really need to know how to stop this from happening.
We usually use Frontend pro but their plugin is broken with our theme. So I have had to create a temporary solution while they fix the issue.
How can I allow login attempts from my new custom url?

    Thank you

Hi @shadiadi, thanks for getting in touch!

If you have 2FA or reCAPTCHA enabled through Wordfence > Login Security, these currently only work with the default WordPress login and registration pages so may be causing issues with a custom login page.

If you’re not using the above features, it’s worth enabling Learning Mode. From the Wordfence Dashboard click on Manage WAF. Then you will see Basic Firewall Options > Web Application Firewall Status. Change the option to Learning Mode. Now try logging in as a regular user on your custom page whilst not logged in as an admin. This will help Wordfence learn that these actions are normal and it will allow them in the future. After you have finished performing the tests, switch the WAF from Learning Mode back to Enabled and Protecting. Now test to see if these users can log in correctly.

    Thanks,

    Peter.
