    Hello,
We’ve enabled Login Security from WordFence with reCAPTCHA and now login doesn’t work and we get: grecaptcha is not defined in the browser console.

    Any ideas? Thank you.

  • Hey @fidividi,

The fastest way back into your site would be to use ftp/sftp to access the web server, rename the wordfence folder in wp-content/plugins, then login. Renaming a plugin folder immediately deactivates the plugin. Once you access the site you can rename the wordfence folder again and then activate the plugin, and then figure out what happened.

It sounds like there might be a conflict either with the theme or one of the plugins you’re using, could you try temporarily switching to a default theme if you’re not already using one and disabling all other plugins then reactivating them one by one to see if the issue persists?

To do so I recommend the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin which allows you to disable all plugins and switch to a default theme, but only for your user.

Please let me know how it goes.

    Thanks,

    Gerroald
