Wordfence Marking ALL FILES as High Priority

For some reason Wordfence is marking like, every single file as a High Priority threat. jpg’s and theme files are getting flagged.. The theme has been updated and the same files aren’t getting flagged on another site.

I used Wordfence Assistant to remove all old data, deleted Wordfence and reinstalled, set up again, but all files are still being flagged.

I don’t get it…
