Wordfence not connecting to site any longer

Wordfence was connected suddenly to my site. Suddenly I see that the site has conenction issues within Windows Central. When I click on ‘Show’ under ‘Details’ I see the below message:
We’ve detected CloudFlare blocking our requests to your site. For help on resolving this issue, see our troubleshooting connection issues article here.I did the steps listed out in the link but the connection issue persists. Can someone help?
Note: The site was using cloudflare from day 1 and wordfence was connected successfully for over a month. The broken connection happened out of the blues. Thanks
