WordFence not displaying well at Admin side after installation

    I can’t even continue installation. The page layout appears distorted. See Image
    It happens immediately after activating. I had Wordfence without any problems but removed it a few months ago and I currently am installing again.

    Do you have access to your error logs? It looks as though you may be running out of memory when Wordfence is enabled. Another way to test would be to disable all plugins and only enable Wordfence and see if the layout is still failing to load.
