I would like to have a look at your site’s diagnostic to see exactly what might be happening on your site. It sounds like something might not be set up correctly or something is running outdated. The scan will often alert you of items that are not updated. This is because a lot of updates contain vital security updates.
If you could open a thread on the forum (posted above) and provide a diagnostic (instructions below), I would like to assist you with fortifying your site’s protection.
Can you send a diagnostic report to wftest @ wordfence . com? You can find the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.
