    I wanted to get a sense of wordfences premium support. We are new to being a premium
    member and thus far have not been impressed. We get one response in 24 hours. Is this the norm?

    Apparently we’re not supposed to discuss premium version here, but I’m not sure if we can discuss premium support. I’m not all that concerned either way, and glad to share that I used to pay for premium WF and the support was good though sometimes delayed as you experience. I recently downgraded all my installs to the free version WF, and actually the only reason I considered keeping premium was the support, as the added features of the premium software are mostly useless for us, and overall not worth it being what was our most expensive single software expense. We’ve been doing fine without premium support, but we do know Wordfence quite well after years of use. MTN
