• Hi,

I backup my WordPress blog nightly – the last 5 days the backup has 2 warnings generated. The warning is “. . . /public_html/wordpress/wp-content/wflogs/config.php” is not readable!”

Inspection of the WFLOGS directory shows a missing config.php file. I attempted to reinstall the config.php from backup but the copy generated an error that said the file cannot be copied because it dies not exist.

Finally, as a workaround I edited the CRON backup to EXCLUDE the WFLOGS folder entirely. This worked and the backup finished with no errors or warnings.

Is there any reported instances of this happening to others using the most current Wordfence plugin?

Disabling Wordfence did not correct the problem. Oddly, I have another WordPress website with nearly identical backup and settings. Yet, the backup has none of the problems in running nighly backups.

Any information or suggestions on the problem are most appreciated!
