    Good afternoon,

    Our Premium Licence has run out recently and we are looking to renew this. However, it was setup a long time ago and we do not know what the registered email is.

    If we were to create a brand new account on Wordfence and purchase a new Premium Licence, can we just connect the website as usual? Or will there be a problem because we already have an account connected to Wordfence?

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    If you’d like to email lockout @ wordfence . com with your site URL, we can research the account further for you and help you regain access.

    Alternatively, since the license is already expired (as you mentioned), you can set up a new account. The site should alert you if the email you’re using is already associated with an account.
