Wordfence rescued my site and is now protecting it!

My site was hacked, so my hosting service shut down my website and would not re-instate it until I got rid of the malware on it. Being somewhat of a novice, I had no idea what to do. After a few days of trying to find help, I came across something about Wordfence site cleaning service. After doing some more research about it, I paid for their site cleaning service and prayed it would work! Thankfully, it did, and I got a year’s subscription to Wordfence’s premium plugin to boot (that was included in the price of the site cleaning service). I will be keeping the premium plugin in the future. At first I was concerned that there would be no way to communicate with Wordfence personnel except by email, but I have found their email support to be excellent–timely, informative, well-written, and, so far, helpful every time. I don’t typically have time to write reviews, but whenever I make time to do so, its because it is well deserved!
