Wordfence resuling in 403 errors with Cloudflare

    I am using Cloudflare with a Worldpress site.
    When Wordfence in enabled on the site, pages do not load properly. Many CSS and Javascripts fail to load with a 403 error.

    When I deactivate Wordfence, the site loads properly through Cloudflare.

    When I deactivate Cloudflare, the side loads properly.

    Very strange. I have another site that uses Cloudflare and Wordfence and everything seems fine there.

    I tried to remove the Wordfence plug and re-install. Same results: 403 errors and improperly loading pages when Cloudflare and Wordfence are both on.

    Any idea?
