Wordfence saved me.

  • I had a bit of malware on my site that was placing published posts into the trash. It was also deleting plugins, it got rid of WP Touch and I lost a lot of mobile traffic.
    I installed Wordfence and it found the malware and deleted it. It didn’t restore my site. But it absolutely did its job. It stopped someone from hurting my website.
