Wordfence says files changed

    I go these errors from Wordfence saying several files have been modified. They’re php files with ‘autoload’ in their names or languagefiles. See linked screenshots for examples.

    When I repaired one the site crashed completely and I restored it from backup.
    Is this events calendar being hacked? Or Wordfence being mistaken?

    Hi @brobro, apologies for the delay here, I’m back now. I am not entirely sure and this is the first time seeing this. Could you try reinstalling both plugins and see if that makes a difference?

    It would be good to check with the Wordfence team regarding this. Also, check if it is possible to exclude the directory from their settings in the plugin.

    So the problem went away on its own. But both plugins (EC and WF) got updates meanwhile.
