Wordfence Scan options greyed out

    Any idea why these options are greyed out on the Scan page?

    File Changes
    Malware Scan
    Content Safety
    Public Files
    Password Strength
    Vunerablility Scan

    The only available options are Server State and User & Option Audit.

    Hi @mac2025,

    These can be grayed out if they’ve been deselected in the Scan Options and therefore weren’t scanned the last time the site was scanned (these will show a “No Entry” symbol), or if the scan was stopped early.  In Wordfence > Scan > Scan Options and Scheduling, please select Standard Scan and run a new scan on the site.

    If the scan fails to complete, or if you still see this happening, please let us know!
