Wordfence Scan plugin swears after rollback WordPress version

  • I rolled my site to version 4.9. And all the problems disappeared. But, the Wordfence Scan plugin after scanning the site found 152 files as dangerous files. These are all files from the core WordPress. Approximately for everyone the message looks like this: Unknown file in WordPress core: wp-includes / rest-api / endpoints / class-wp-rest-themes-controller.php
    Type: File. Are these files dangerous or don’t I have to worry?
