    HI i cannot scan my website through wordfence i have tried all the steps but still not scan and says

    “Scan Failed
    The current scan looks like it has failed. Its last status update was 11 minutes ago. You may continue to wait in case it resumes or stop and restart the scan. Some sites may need adjustments to run scans reliably.”

    What should i do plz help. This is last 20 lines

    Hi @shayanj, thanks for sending over the log information with this issue.

    In the past we have seen database caching and multiple server IPs (sometimes due to a host’s load-balancing configuration) sometimes send more than one request to our server simultaneously, causing this issue.

    To be sure of your configuration, could you please send a diagnostic report to wftest @ wordfence . com? You can find the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

    NOTE: It should look as follows – Screenshot of Tools > Diagnostic > Send by Email
