Wordfence scanning old site

    I had a problem with my website so reinstalled WordPress and reinstalled my theme. I am trying to scan my website and it keeps bombing out at the last 2 line items
    Scanning file contents for infections and vulnerabilities
    Scanning files for URLs on a domain blacklist
    This is the problem I had before I fixed my site. It had been compromised but I have done a Succuri check and my site is now clean BUT it seems to still be scanning the old files. Should I enable Delete WordFence tables and data on deactivation and then reactivate and scan again. Will it then pick up my new files?

    You could just click on “Click to kill the current scan” link, then start a new scan, this is enough to scan your current website files, I saw your other support thread opened here, after checking the scan activity log and the diagnostics report, I can get a better idea about this issue too.
