Wordfence security plugin preventing native author urls from redirecting

Wordfence (the most popular security plugin in the repository) is preventing my native WP author links e.g. https://www.xyz.net/?author=34 frok redirectiong to the UM author page e.g. https://www.xyz.net/?page_id=8&um_user=34

I’m using the Level 2: Medium Protection default settings but I can’t for the life of me find out which setting is preventing the redirection.

If I disable Wordfence the redirects work fine.
