    Hi there,

I have my wordfence global options set to match my administrator password, but my client is also receiving the administration notifications from wordfence (when there’s a critical error for instance).

I don’t understand why, is there anywhere I should be looking to find how this is happening? The one thing I can think of is that perhaps it’s connected to Zoho, which is handling contact form mail, but this should be a different thing right?

Any suggestions as to where I should start to look for a solution on this would be GREATLY appreciated <3

Thanks very much! Have a great day ??

    Hi @karmatose,

The first thing to check would be “Where to email alerts” under Wordfence > All Options > General Wordfence Options for the email specified there. Remember to click the SAVE CHANGES button if you do alter this.

Wordfence uses the default mail sending functions built into WordPress, so if this doesn’t seem to be the key to the issue maybe a plugin is affecting all mail sent from your site.

Let me know how you get on!

    Thanks,

    Peter.
