Wordfence still reports hack attempts

    Apart from this plugin i also use Wordfence which alerts me if anyone tries to login and i got another warning today. How can people still figure out the login URL?

    Is you login page public ?

    Do you allow users to log in from comments area ?

    Did you deactivate xml-rpc in Wordfence settings ?

    What do you mean by login page being public? It’s a secret link that i have not shared with anyone. Just one person. To be sure i wil randomize it again.

    All comments are disabled so no one can leave comments or login.

    I have now checked the box ‘Disable XML-RPC verification’ under login options. Is that what you mean?
