I’m using Post SMTP on my site, and WordFence for malware protection.

    Today, WordFence gave this warning:

Deprecated: Creation of dynamic property PostSMTP\Vendor\Google\Service\Gmail::$serviceName is deprecated in /mnt/web003/e2/70/511363570/htdocs/floriskleijne.nl/wp-content/plugins/post-smtp/Postman/Postman-Mail/libs/vendor_prefixed/google/apiclient-services/src/Gmail.php on line 92 Deprecated: Calling get_class() without arguments is deprecated in /mnt/web003/e2/70/511363570/htdocs/floriskleijne.nl/wp-content/plugins/post-smtp/Postman/Postman-Mail/libs/vendor_prefixed/google/apiclient/src/Http/REST.php on line 49 Deprecated: Calling get_class() without arguments is deprecated in /mnt/web003/e2/70/511363570/htdocs/floriskleijne.nl/wp-content/plugins/post-smtp/Postman/Postman-Mail/libs/vendor_prefixed/google/apiclient/src/Http/REST.php on line 49 0

Is this something to be concerned about?

“Deprecated” means “you should change this, else in some future version of – depending on the context PHP, Woocommerce, whatever – you will get problems”.

    Hi @patrick1994,

I hope you are doing good.

We have already discussed this with our technical team and will resolve these warnings in the upcoming release.

Please create a new thread if you need further assistance.
