Wordfence – wfblock table – IP Address format

In the wfBlocks table for WordFence, it stores the IP address but not as the actual IP address. E.g. 0x00000000000000000000FFFF7AB342DE

How can I convert that string to the actual IP address?

I realize the actual Wordfence admin page does display the actual IP address but I’m needing to pull these records out of the table and into my own report.
