WordPress 1.3

  • Just curious if anyone can give a round about date to the expectation of version 1.3. I have to create a blog for someone and if it is soon, I would prefer to hold out. If it is not going to be in the next 2 weeks then I will have to install and use 1.2.
    Advice, Suggestions, Information? all appreciated.

    I would suggest you install an use 1.2 right now. Upgrading to 1.3 should be an easy affair, you’d only have to download the files, upload them, and access wp-admin/upgrade.php. All can be done in the amount of time it take for your FTP tool to upload files.
    This way, you could wait for a week after 1.3 is released to let the small problems settle down.
