WordPress 2.3 related posts plugin

The above mentioned plug-in is exactly what I need, however the code it produces doesn’t validate! I’ve posted to the plug-in authors homepage, however it’s in Chinese.

Does anybody know of any alternatives? I can’t live without a related posts plug-in and it ideally needs to work with 2.3 tags.
