WordPress 2.3.1 Internal Server Error HELP !!!

  • Hi WordPress Experts,
    I have recently upgraded my wordpress (https://www.handcellphone.com) from 2.1 to wordpress 2.3.1 and everything went fine for 1st week, then I got internal server error 500 a week later. My hosting support guy said the new wordpress used too much of memory and he suspected that the wordpress database structure is the cause of the problem.

    The website is currently down. Is there anybody can help me with this ?
