• Hello, I hope someone could figure out how to fix my problem.

I am using Word Press 2.6.2 with Gallery 2.2.5.
My blog location is domain.com/blog and the blog url is domain.com

    [THE PROBLEM]
I created a page “welcome” with a permalink of https://www.domain.com/welcome and other page “about us” with permalink of https://www.domain.com/about-us.

If I click on the link for about-us it will take me to the page and show me the information on the page. I click on gallery and it takes me to the embed page for the media/gallery images using Gallery 2.2.5. Now here’s the problem: I click on “welcome” page and it takes me to the gallery and not the page with the content on it.

I have removed any rewrite code from the .htcaccess. I have turned off gallery2 rewriting. If I change the page permalink url to say “welcome2” i can then access it, if I change it back to “welcome” it pulls up the gallery. No other folder is named welcome.

I am pretty sure it has to do with the gallery rewrite?

Anyone have any ideas on what could be happening here?

Well i now narrowed down whats causing it.

If i rearrange the order of the pages it will cause the top page to become an additional gallery page other then “Gallery”.
