Hey Mary, last post, promise…
Your file manager on your server, have you refreshed the view? Is it showing you the latest view?
If it’s not in there, you may be ftp’ing all those files some place else! Your ftp program is not complaining? It’s happily putting those files where if not where you think it is?
As far as the error you have, it appears to be all about this one file.
Sometimes, because of ‘group’ issues, you have to delete files from your hosting account’s file manager, and ftp the new files. Sometimes, the host server won’t let the ftp overwrite files and it will fail silently! That’s why it’s often best to manually delete the destination files before pushing new ones, especially since (unless you look beforehand) you never know when the developers stop using an old file and delete it from the zip -but it’s still on your host…
Worse comes to worse, risk group issues and upload that damn file manually in your server filemanager…
G’Night!
