WordPress 2.7 Beta 2 Password Protect Page

    The new WP 2.7 Beta 2 allows you to password protect pages as most of you probably know. I was just wondering where the file is that contains the code for the password dialog box just so that I can edit the layout of it. Thanks in advance!

  • I believe you want wp-admin/edit-form-advanced.php

    Remember changes you make may get ‘blown away’ with subsequent updates.

    That shows where the code is to set the password in the back end panel. What I want to change is what the user on the front end sees, do you know where that code would be?

    Found it in /wp-includes/post-template.php!
