WordPress 2.8.1 using to much memory

I’ve upgraded my wordpress to 2.8.1, but it seems it’s consuming way to much memory and the moment. I’ve tried the WP-Memory-Usage plugin and that tells me that the system is consuming around 22Mb :/

I know there’s a lot of posts with almost the same problem

Is this normal and what about your blog does it consume the same amount of memory?
