WordPress 3.0 Bug

Dear Admin and All Contributor

I got a problem after updating my wordpress website from 2.92 to 3.0
The problem is my Flash animation does not appear in the latest version of WP (3.0)

I use a syntax like this to display Flash animation on the index page only.

if ($id == 143)
{
Flash Animation script
}
